Our facility is not open to the public, please do not stop in. All materials and supplies are delivered direct from our suppliers to your site. Less shipping = less damage. Because we recently relocated, we do not yet have a model constructed.

Each box on this form must be filled out in order to provide you with a quote. The very last box 'Additional Information" - does not have to be filled out. If it is not sending, scroll up and look for a red box. If still not, email us directly at cedarvalleyes@gmail.com

Building Information

Width = facing the front of the building - how wide do you want it?

Depth = facing the front of the building - how deep do you want the building from the front wall you are facing to the back wall?

Height = From finished floor to the CEILING ONLY, (not the roof peak)

If you want to match your house, a picture of your house would be helpful. For porches, a picture(s) where you wanted to place it is needed and please do your best to describe how you want it designed.
